The first voice you will hear or the first face you will see when you visit our office is Julie, our receptionist and office manager. Julie has been with Dr. Evans office for 11 years, and been in the dental field for more than 18 years. She handles all front desk duties, her responsibilities include billing, insurance, scheduling of appointments, answering telephone calls. Julie is always available to answer your questions or leading you in the direction to find the information you need. Julie lives in Westfield Indiana and commutes daily because of the friendly atmosphere she has found working with Dr. Evans.

Rachel has been a certified Dental Assistant for 15 years and an Expanded Duty Assistant for 5 years. Rachel has been a member of Dr. Evans team for 3 years as an Expanded Dusy Assistant. Rachel is able to place fillings and make temporaries for crown and bridge preps. Rachel loves her job, and truly enjoys making people feel better about themselves, by making their smile better.

Jacqui began her dental assistant degree in Boston, getting certified from Tufts University. She then continued as a dental assistant in Boca Raton, Florida for 10 years and has now settled in with Dr. Evans for the past five years.

A natural traveler, Jacqui stopped in London to receive a pastry chef degree at Cordon Bleu. She loves to share recipies or travel information with her patients. You will find Jacqui in front of the office answering phones, making appointments or in the back using our zoom bleaching system to brighten our patients smiles, as well as assisting Dr. Evans in different procedures.

Tina Oswalt email me
Tina has been a dental hygienist for 11 years, enjoying most of that time working with Dr. Evans (8 years). She received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1996. Before entering the dental hygiene program at IUPUI, Tina attended Vincennes and Purdue Universities. She has been married for 17years and has 3 children (Kelsey 15, Emily 13 & Corrine 2).

As a new patient you will be seeing Tina or the other Hygenist. At that time, we will evaluate your mouth. This will include a cleaning, X-rays, cancer screening and follow with an exam by Dr. Evans. We look forward to seeing you as a new patient.

Lindsey graduated from University of Southern Indiana in May 2007 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She also recieved a degree in Dental Assisting in 2005. She began working for Dr. Evans shortly after graduating, July 2007. During her time away from work she enjoys spending time with family & friends, short weekend getaways, shopping, Cardinals baseball, and spending time with her dog, Pepper.
